Sue has over 25 years of residential conveyancing experience and studied with CILEX attaining her Fellow qualification in 2005. Sue specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions including Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity and New Build acquisitions (both leasehold and freehold) for individuals and corporate clients.
