You’ll handle high-value residential and commercial transactions while driving the growth of the department and becoming a key contributor to the firm’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a broad range of property transactions with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Mentor and manage junior team members, promoting a positive work environment.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients and professional partners.
• Provide expertise in managing complex transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in business development activities such as networking events and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Level 6 CILEX (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential or commercial conveyancing.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a professional caseload.
• Excellent communication and client care abilities with a proven billing history.
